Download our add-in and insert it into your document in office.com. Begin adding placeholders to determine the positions of where information should be populated in your template.



Insert various types of placeholders and even conditional blocks of text which will only appear when a user selects a particular option in FormSG.

Set up a form

Create a FormSG form for users to fill up. The submitted information would then be populated into your template.



Each FormSG question or option should be tagged to a placeholder. That’s how we identify where each input should be placed in your document.

Link it up

Launch docCentral’s portal, create a new project, and link both your template and FormSG form. Follow the instructions carefully and you’re all set!



Now that the heavy lifting is done, all that’s left is for you to share your form.
