Email as Output Destination

Step 1: Choose email as the output destination

Step 2: Make sure that your data source is set up to record your desired recipient emails

You can use commas to separate and submit multiple recipient emails (up to 5).

1. Using FormSG

  • Ensure that there is a question in your FormSG to collect recipient emails
  • In the docCentral portal, when you have selected Email as an output destination, you will be asked to select the FormSG question that collects your intended recipient emails. Select the FormSG question accordingly
  • Important note: You do not need to have a [recipient_email] placeholder in your Word Document template, unless you wish for the recipient email to be generated inside the document as well.
